Feb. 3, 2001 -- The Outlaws defeat the New York-New Jersey Hitmen in the first game in XFL history, 19-0. The Outlaws draw a sellout crowd of 30,389 to Sam Boyd Stadium.
Feb. 17, 2001 -- The Outlaws lose for the first time in their history when Los Angeles kicker Jose Cortez kicks a field goal on the final play of the game to lift the Xtreme to a 12-9 victory.
April 1, 2001 -- The Outlaws lose to San Francisco and are eliminated from playoff contention.
April 7, 2001 -- Las Vegas loses to Memphis in its final regular-season game.
April 21, 2001 -- Los Angeles defeats San Francisco to win the XFL championship.
